Week 14: Game Time Decisions - Injury Updates

We let you know the playing chances of the big name players who are injured. This week's picks include Profiled players include Jay Cutler, Aaron Rodgers, Le'Veon Bell, Andre Ellington, and Percy Harvin.

The rookie from Florida has missed two straight games with a concussion and is no lock to return for the week 14 home game against Kansas City. Reed missed Wednesday's practice and must go through the league's concussion protocols before he can practice or play this week. Fred Davis has been active the past two weeks, but has two catches for 14 yards and is not fantasy relevant. Reed owners would be wise to target the waiver wire for players with favorable week 14 matchups -- including Jared Cook, Garrett Graham, Heath Miller, and Charger Ladarius Green. Through nine games, Reed is averaging 55 yards per game with three touchdowns. His absence would be a negative for RG3's fantasy value despite a favorable matchup with a Kansas City defense allowing the 12th most fantasy PPG to quarterbacks. The Chiefs defense has been impressive against tight ends as they allow the lowest fantasy PPG -- just two touchdowns-- to the tight end position.

Injury Status: Injured Reserve

The third year TE from Portland State took a helmet to the knee in week 11 and has missed the past two contests. He was able to complete a limited practice on Wednesday, but he did the same last week and was unable to suit up. In his absence, Jacob Tamme led the Broncos in receiving in week 12 finishing with five catches for 57 yards and a touchdown, but in week 13 but he fell back to reality finishing with just one catch and remains off the fantasy radar. Thomas is averaging 59 yards per game with 10 touchdowns through the first 10 games of the season, but his owners will need to secure a backup plan as he's likely to be a game time decision for a 4pm kickoff against Tennessee (allows the 15th most fantasy PPG to opposing TEs). Jared Cook (at Arizona) and Heath Miller (vs. Miami) are a few potential waiver wire options to consider against defenses struggling to defend the tight end position.

Injury Status: Injured Reserve
